I’d always wanted to cycle Lands End to John O’Groats and joined the Inside Out Fitness Team to help prepare - Ryan developed a personal programme to help build my strength and target key areas, as well as helping to keep me motivated.

 

I’ve always found going to the gym quite daunting, particularly now being in my 50s, however Ryan took the time to help me become familiar with the different machines and equipment, and I’ve even kept going to the gym after completing the challenge!
