One to one, one to two and small group personal training
IN PERSON

Full Personal Training package provided on a 1-1, 1-2 and small group training basis!

 

Very much the traditional method of personal training, I would be with you every step of the way as you work towards your goals, whatever they may be.

 

From creating a bespoke and structured exercise programme, tailored to your individual needs, to keeping you motivated and on track with each rep, making sure you're getting the most out of every session.

 

Package includes the option to train on your own, with a friend, or in a small group setting, full access to the Inside Out Fitness app, flexible payment options and more!

Personal training app
ONLINE

Personalised gym-based workouts for you to access whenever and wherever you need!

 

Whether your lifestyle means you can’t always commit to the same set days and times to workout, or you’re not quite sure on what makes an effective training plan, this package gives you the comfort of a PT, right from your phone!

 

All gym-based workouts are provided in-app, meaning you can access them whenever you want, wherever you want.

 

Package includes multiple gym-based workouts per week designed and tailored to your needs, complete flexibility on workout days and times, personal welcome pack and more!

Online and in person coaching
HYBRID

Get the best of both worlds by having a personal trainer by your side in person, as well as remotely!

 

Sometimes the thing we all struggle with most is accountability and self-motivation. We know where we want to be, and may even know what needs to be done to get there, but find it hard to put the plan into action.

 

The Inside Out Fitness hybrid package gives you a structured exercise programme to follow in a time and place that suits you, with the added benefit of in-person sessions to make sure you're on the right track.

 

Package includes a structured exercise programme to follow in the Inside Out Fitness app, four 1-1 gym-based sessions per month, regular check-ins and more!

Home workouts provided in app
FROM HOME

Everything you need to start feeling the mental and physical benefits of exercise, right from your own home!

 

Whether you're someone who prefers to workout from the comfort of your own space, or simply don't have enough time to get to the gym as much as you'd like, this package is perfect for you!

 

Tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle, ‘Feel Good From Home’ helps you to follow a regular exercise programme and still get all the mental and physical health benefits that exercise provides.

 

Package includes multiple home-based workouts with no equipment necessary, full access to the Inside Out Fitness app, programme progressions and more!
